Cortney Williams is an experienced massage therapist, with 7 years of work experience with all different types of clients. She is trained in many modalities including-deep tissue massage, sports, Swedish massage, myofascial, cupping, trigger point, injury, reflexology, prenatal, ect. Each session is customized to your needs and she can do any type of pressure you prefer. She absolutely loves what she does and feels so lucky to have found her true passion! Through massage therapy, the ability to aid in relaxation and the release of ones alignments gives her an amazing sense of fulfillment. She creates a massage that will suite your specific needs, she offers harmony and balance to ease your busy life!

COVID protocols
- Masks are required for the entire duration of the session. If wearing a mask face down is uncomfortable, I will enclose the face cradle opening in a pillow case.
- Upon entering the studio I will check your temperature. I'll be checking mine daily as well.
- Please wait in your car and enter at your session time. The waiting area is closed.
- Bring your own refillable water bottle.
- We are taking measures to disinfect all surfaces with extra time between clients.
- Our office has air purifiers in treatment rooms.
- Linens are sterilized with high-heat washing.
